Default How to configure the "OLE DB Provider for Microsoft Directory Services"?

Hi,

I am trying to create Word 2003 Mail Merge letters by querying Active
Directory (Windows 2003). In theory this should be quite easy - In Word I
select "Use an existing list" in the Mail Merge task pane, then I browse to
my to "My Data Sources" and start the "+Connect to New Data Source.odc"
wizard.

I then select "Other/advanced" as data source and select the "OLE DB
Provider for Microsoft Directory Services".

So far so good, but then I am quite lost. I have written a number of
ADSI/Vbscripts and used the Appendix to Providers he
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...dsprovspec.asp
to populate the fields "data source" and "location". I am trying to use SSPI
mode for authentication, but I cannot successfully connect to AD. (BTW - the
Connection test in the lower right corner will even work and say successful
if you leave a field empty....)

Does anybody know how to populate the data link properties for the provider?

Any input is appreciated.

Cheers,

Tim Bosinius
