Everytime I have to do this I have problems.
How do I print a couple of pages in landscape mode and then go back to
portrait mode. I tried putting in page breaks and then applying landscape for
'this section' (whatever that means) but it makes my entire document
landscape not just the pages I want. What am I doing wrong?

You need section breaks instead of page breaks. See
