Default Stuck adding dictionary

I've downloaded Stedmans 6.0 to my computer and am trying to add it to my
dictionary list. I click add, at top (look in) I find it in program files
but next prompt at bottom (file name) - I'm stuck. TIA for any help.

If you are referring to Stedman's Electronic Medical Dictionary
Version 6.0, then try reading the instructions on page 6 of the
User's Guide.
