Word Message - Macros in this project have been disabled
I'm the customer. I did turn on Trust MS Sources, but I still get the
message. Anything else I can turn on? It stops after closing the red X four times. Thanks. This is a "strange but true" story...
There is a folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP installed by Office 2003, and any template placed in that folder will be automatically loaded when Word starts. But that location is NOT "trusted" in the sense used by the dialog. If you find any .dot files in that location, move them to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP which is trusted, and then restart Word. The message should be gone. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...latesStore.htm for more information about these locations. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Skipper wrote: I'm the customer.
