Default how to remove items from toolbar's drop down menu?

using new dell e521 desktop vista home premium. i installed word 2002 from
works suite 2004.

i just viewed in my 2002 word program. on the drop down menu in: view
toolbars,

and there are 3 items that aren't listed on my work, 2002 word, using xp
pro. (i sometimes use it as a comparison)

the drop down menu in: viewtoolbars shows "extended formatting", "function
key
display" & "japanese greetings".
they are not checked under the options in viewtoolbarsoptions.

is there a way to remove them from the drop down toolbar menu without
deleting them?

thank you, len kiesling
