Default Fill Effects

When I add fill effects to my document such as texture, it never fills the
entire page. It always leaves 1/2" of white space at the bottom. I've tried
everything... margins, print options, etc. Any suggestions?

Probably because your printer driver is telling Word that your printer
can't print that portion of the page, so Word doesn't put any fill
there. Most printers have some amount of non-printable area along each
edge of the page.
