Default how do i set up an online form to email me the results?

i've created an online form using Word. when the user clicks the "Submit"
button i'd like the results to be emailed to me. how can i set the form up to
do this?

Default how do i set up an online form to email me the results?

It will require a macro in the document to do this and many users will have
the macro security level either set to high (in which case the macro would
not run) or, set to Medium (in which case they may elect not to allow the
macros in the document). You are therefore better off to get them to email
the completed form back to you and then you run a macro to extract the
..Result of each formfield.
