Default Hotkey for Styles?

I've replaced the styles in the "Quick Style Gallery" with my company's
standard set. Is there a way to apply them via HotKeys?

Sure, there is. Go to Office button Word Options Customize and click the
Keyboard Shortcuts button. In the next dialog, scroll the Categories list to
the bottom and click Styles. Select a style in the list on the right, type
your new shortcut in the box, and click the Assign button. Repeat for the
other styles.
