I don't believe there is a built-in assignment for that. You can customize
the keyboard, however, to add assignments for the Next and Previous tracked
changes. In the Customize Keyboard dialog, the two commands (listed under
All Commands) a

NextChangeOrComment

and

PerviousChangeOrComment

Toosl - Customize - Keyboard; set Categories to All Commands; set Commands
to Next... or Previous....; click in Press new shortcut key; press the
key(s) you want to use (I use Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Right and Left); click Assign;
do the other command in the same way, if desired, then click Close.

I was convinced there was a shortcut by default but your tip is great and I
have used it - thanks!

Another tip: to find out if there is a keyboard shortcut for something,
press Ctrl+Alt+[plus sign on number pad]. This turns the pointer into a
cloverleaf. Click that cloverleaf on a toolbar tool or ultimate menu command
(or, press another shortcut key). That will pop up the Customize Keyboard
dialog showing any current key assignments to that command (as well as
offering an opportunity to assign the command, if desired). It also shows
the exact name of the command of interest.

The cloverleaf trick works with most commands/tools, but you'll find some
for which it doesn't. But, it's a great way to avoid having to navigate the
menu structure and guess.
