Default How do I display comments to the right of text?

I want my editorial comments, the ones in teh little yellow squares, to be
shown on the page, to the right of the text, as callouts. I have seen this
on my computer at work, I guess in another version of MS Word. Where do I
change that option on Word here at home?

You would need to be using Word XP or 2003. The option is turned on under
ToolsOptionsTrack Changes, under the Balloons heading.
