Default need to make sure there are NO attachments

I am doing an email-merge and the results have attachments that I did not
spec. How can I prevent this?

Set your e-mail software to output plain text - Currently Word is unable to
perform html merges. In any case many users have their e-mail systems set to
read only plain text so they would convert incoming html e-mails to the
state you already have them.
