Zip Codes not transferring correctly to merge document
RUSH!!!!!
I have formatted the post code column in my excel worksheet to show the following format, ex: 12345-1234 & 01234. When I merge this file to my word mail merge document the format changes to this... 123451234, 1234, & 0. What happened to my dashes and zero before my zip code? Also why would the zip code completely change to 0??? |
