Default printing labels wont line up correctly

I test the page of labels on an A4 sheet and it lines up OK.
However, as soon as I put in the label sheet the printing goes too near the
top and every label is spoilt. I've put the Page setup back to "default"
which has not effect.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Carol

This suggests that the problem is with your printer feed.
