1) Move the frame with the return-address in it to center, where the flap
will be.
2) Turn your envelope over in the printer.

I do this for my Christmas card envelopes every year.

But most senders prefer it on the back flap for formal mailings such as
wedding invitations, though in such cases the usual thing is to order
envelopes embossed with the address or get an embosser and do them yourself.
