Page numbers and sections
I have a document with title page, author page, table of contents, and
multiple chapters. I would like to display the chapter number and title in the header of each page but have continuous page numbering throughout the document. The title and author pages should have no headings. What's the easiest way to set this up? Thank you. Charley Kyd |
