substitute Times Roman for Georgia in copied documents
I copy articles from the NYTimes into Word for printing. The NYT font is
eorgia. Can I set Word to automatically change the Georgia font to Times Roman when I copy the article? I know I can change it manually, but I would like it to be automatic. |

You could paste as "Unformatted text", via Edit | Paste Special; that
way, the pasted text will assume the formatting at the insertion point. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "gpkisner" wrote in message ... I copy articles from the NYTimes into Word for printing.
