Hi ?B?dG9t?=,
The rotation of a picture in a Word 2002 document changes when the document is viewed in Word 2000. Word 2002 has more advanced graphics features, including being able to rotate more kinds of graphics files. Rotate the picture in a graphics program, then insert it into Word in order to have the same rotation in all versions of Word. If you're going to be creating documents that will be opened in older versions, activate the option that limits features you can use in the Word 2002 interface: Tools/OPtions/Save.
