Where is the "Find Previous" function in Word 2007?
I want to search a large document from the end to find previous use of text?
How do I do that? Word perfect has a "find previous" function, but I cannot find such a function on Word 2007. |

Hi Griz,
You can bring up the Find and replace dialog with Ctrl+F It's located in Home=Editing=Find as well or by clicking on the silver ball located near the bottom of the vertical scroll bar in Word. In the Find dialog click on 'More' and under search, select 'Up' as the search direction. You can also, after your first find use the double arrows at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar in Word to jump to next/previous. ========== "griz814" wrote in message ...
