Default Word 2007 - Where has the Work folder gone?

In Word 2003, I had created a Work folder in my toolbar from which I could
directly access my 10 most used documents. I can not find this feature in
Word 2007

The Work menu has been replaced by the ability to 'pin' documents on
the recently-used list in the File menu. If you want a document to
stay in the list regardless of how many other documents you open,
click the pushpin icon to the right of the file's name.

Also, you can now set the number of documents you can have on the list
as high as 50 -- look in the Word Options dialog for that.

Are you referring to the Work menu (which holds only nine documents)? It has
been dropped in Word 2007, but you can "pin" any document on the MRU list to
keep it constantly available.

Can anyone tell me how to get this feature working again.

Probably not. I don't like it myself, but there's not much either of us can
do about it.
