Default Auto deletion of word file

Hi All,

I am wondering whether there is any information about auto deletion of a word
file once it is read. I would like to protect my word files which I send it
to anybody via mail should be deleted automatically once it is read.

Sorry. You cannot (absolutely) control what happens to a Word document that
has left your PC.

There is nothing you can do to control what happens to a document after you
give it to someone else.
