This big white space is where you put the details that will help us help
you. What happens when you try to change the orientation? Are you getting an error message? -- Suzanne S. We have a landscape / portrait issue too.
We have had several people complain that they are no longer able to print a Word document in the Landscape format. This is evidently related to past patches that were released by Microsoft. That is the only thing that we can think of. The only way to print a document in Landscape format is to go into the page setup and set it there. If you simply try to print a document and select landscape from within the print options it comes out portrait. I never really thought much about it either way but our secrataries here are going nuts so it is not just a single user thing. Any Ideas? Thanks, Fred "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote in message ... Changing the orientation to Landscape in Page Setup is the only (correct)
way I know of to create/print a landscape document. If you have previously been doing it through your printer settings, then you were using Word in a perverse way. The only exception to this that I know of is that if the document contains markup, you can set the paper orientation (on the Track Changes tab of Tools | Options) to "Force Landscape." -- Suzanne S.
