I have a client whose primary task is to make ancedotal notes on customers.
To save paper and ink, she wants to add a note to the bottom of the
already-entered notes, and then grab the previously printed page out of the
file at her elbow, put the paper back into the printer and print the most
recently added note. She is also required to have the most recent note back
in the file for others within minutes of having received it. So this system
also tells others that if the piece of paper is not in the file to ask her
for a recent note. If I try to print only a selection it puts it at the top
of the page--not after the preprinted notes.
