We have had some clients using Word 2K/Win 2K. When they open some of
their files, part of the text now appears as little squares. When
clicking in the text, it displayed the text as Helvetica. Only part of
the document appears with these little squares even though the entire
document is formatted as Helvetica. Tried selecting the text and
changing to Times New Roman - stayed as little squares.
Any ideas what might be causing this and how to correct???
