I suspect the page numbers are outside the printer's printable area, which
is usually larger on the trailing edge of pages (often the right side of landscape pages) and can be quite large (half an inch or more) on inkjet printers. -- Suzanne S. My inside is set at .5 and the outside is set at .55. I have printed other
things using these margin settings. I will try to change them and see. "Suzanne S. Suzanne, I changed my margins from .55 to .5 and when the window said it was
out of the print range i clicked ignore and it left it at .5. It printed fine. "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: Is that the only margin setting I can use? I should have mentioned (since it is obviously relevant here) that "Book
fold" in Word swaps the Inside and Outside margins. This is a bug, and it isn't obvious unless the Inside and Outside margins are significantly different. -- Suzanne S.
