I had a program in which didn't allow me to modify it's documents because it
expired so i uninstalled it. Now in Word I cannot click on "Save" "Save As",
neither in Tools: ":Opitions "Protcect Document". All these use to be
"clickable", now I cannot use them.

It sounds like this program made customizations to your Normal.dot, then didn't
remove them...

Can you get into Tools/Customize/Toolbars? If yes, and you select the "Menu
bar" entry, then click "Reset" do the menus work correctly? (Note that this
will remove any changes you've made to the menus, as well!)

Another approach to try would be to go into Tools/Customize/Commands. Display
the menus and drag the commands that aren't working off the menus. Then go into
each menu category where you've made a change and drag the command from the list
on the right back into the menu.
