Where can you create a name/address file with phone number, etc AND print the
entire file on plain paper or print a selected address on an envelop.

G'day "gala" ,

Create a Comma Separated Values file, eg

Steve Hudson, Sydney Australia, 612 95606606

Now you can use this file as a data source in a mailmerge. Eg, I
create a word doc with three merge fields in it, run mailmerge on it,
and it creates one long document with the original doc duplicated once
for each field with the person's details in it.
