change the order of pages in a document
I'm typing a document in Word and need to change the pages around ie page 6
should now be page 3....How??? |

Select all the text on page 6, cut it to the clipboard, move the cursor to the top of page 3, and paste. If you're lucky enough to have a paragraph in a heading style at the top of each page, you can view the document in Outline view, collapse all the headings and text below that heading level, and simply drag the headings around; the subordinate text will move with them. See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingOLView.htm. If you can't use Outline view, you can set the zoom so you can see 4 or 6 pages at once (though you won't be able to read any but the largest text).
