Default Office Xp Problem

Hi,
One of the department have 5 pcs in my company and they have office Xp
installed and one of them recieved a word document in email. When tried to
open it didnt open and gave the error "microsoft word has encountered a
problem and needs to close.Sorry for inconvenience"
And this problem is only coming when that document contains a form which is
created in word 2003. tried on other pcs with office xp and gave the save
error.

please help!!

Thanks.

Regards,

Syed.

Default Office Xp Problem

Have you tried Open and Repair?

You may also want to ask this question in a programming newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general. Be sure to mention if this is a protected
form or a userform.
