Does WORD let readers open hidden text as a pulldown option?
The "hide text" formatting in WORD is not what I am looking for.
Instead, I wish to create a more 'hierarchical' structure of a document, which allows readers to click on a small box next to a word, or to click on a colored word ( similar to the HELP box in WORD), and then read additional material. I guess the easiest way to understand how this can be done is to look at any page of the WORD HELP function and to look in the results pane of a HELP query and 'reverse engineer' what MS did there... (except, of course, that the HELP page is an HTLM document, whereas I wish to create this in WORD .DOC format ...) Thank you all very much in advance, Frank |
