I was sent a doc created in word 2007, I have two computers with 2007-one
allows me to use the quick parts inserted in the doc and the other one does
not - how do I get it to work on both computers.

On the system that fails, try deleting (or renaming) the Building
Blocks.dotx file, with Word closed. Then restart Word, and a new file with
the factory defaults will be recreated.
