Specific User Form Access Specific User Form Access is offline

Default Folder Page

I am attempting to put together a large reference book for a Special
Operations team for the fire department. I would like to add some
organization to the document. So I would like to separate the
information/chapters with a "Folder" looking or folder tab page. Can Word do
that, and if so, can someone please direct me to the directions????
