Default vertical header/footerin Word

Is there any way that I can make an additional header/footer on the left hand
side of the page?

Another possibility is to insert a text box in the header or footer and
change the text direction (Format Text Direction)

If you explain a little more what you are aiming for, there might be other
possibilities. For instance, it's very easy to have your name aligned left
and the page number aligned right in the same footer.

I'm trying to set up a letterhead. On this letterhead they would like a
title as the header, a motto as the footer PLUS names of the members down the
left hand side of the paper (but as a header/footer type so they can have it
on every page when we're typing if we sent this letterhead via e-mail.
