Downloaded templates should be Blank.
Though Microsoft office has improved over the years, It has also become very
internet dependent. Which is fine, however most used templates should be readily available without having to go online for them. Then when you download them, you get exactly what the example had in it. Which means you have to delete the example's information to insert your own. This is very frustrating. Without the information, many templates would simply be a blank page - the
information is provided so you can see how to fill the template. It isn't rocket science to delete the information from the template and save it. As for 'most used templates' - a wide selection is provided with the application, but who is to decide what else is 'most used'. Why not create your own templates? Then they will be exactly as you require them. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org template temple wrote: Though Microsoft office has improved over the years, It has also become very internet dependent.
