How do I remove all blank rows from a Word doc?
I would like to remove all blank rows from a large (178 pages) Word document.
Is there a way to easily do this? |

How do I remove all blank rows from a Word doc?
Are these empty table rows or empty paragraphs?

Or paragraph spacing?

How do I remove all blank rows from a Word doc?
These are empty paragraphs. What I did was to convert a text file to Word
and then used Find & Replace to remove some special characters and other information that I did not need in my final document. How do I remove all blank rows from a Word doc?
In that case a simple search to replace ^p^p with ^p should work. If any of
the paragraphs contain spaces (display nonprinting characters to see what you're dealing with), you'll need to take those into account. -- Suzanne S.
