Import plain text footnotes in Word
It'd be great and make it much easier to convert plain text documents to Word
format if obvious footnotes/endnotes could be automatically found and converted. For example some public domain ebooks have [FN#1] or [FN#12] to indicate notes, and there could be hundreds of notes in a really long document, so it would be ridiculous to select each and every one of them and turn it into a footnote manually. An easy wizard for doing this would be much appreciated. Thanks! ~Michael Anthony Abril -- Sic deus dilexit mundum, ut daret unigenitum filium suum, ut omnis qui credit in eum non pereat, sed habeat vitam aeternam. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
