Default Track Changes Hide Reviewers?

Hello - If several reviewers have made changes to a Track Changes document,
when the cursor is later hovered over their change, their initals will appear
to identify who made the change. I've had several requests from users who
don't want reviewers' initials to appear in this situation - they want the
identities of the reviewers to be concealed. I don't see any way to turn
this feature off. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance (this forum
is always incredibly helpful!). - Bob

In Word 2003, you can click on Tools | Options | Security | check
the "" box | OK, and then save the document. Note that this
setting changes the tracked change and comment author's name to
Author, and removes the date and time of the tracked change or
comment.

The box you should check is labeled "Remove personal information from file
properties on save."
