Have lost the Worksheet Menu Bar option in Word 2003 - tried repair disc but
no change - any recovery tips please?

I normally wouldn't expect to find a "WORKSHEET menu bar" in Word 2003. Under
what specific circumstances was it available to you?

Or if you "always saw it" could it have been part of a template or COM-Addin
that was installed on your system?
