Default how can I retrieve a deleted word file

Today i saved a Word doc. under the wrong file name.

I need the original document back, there was a lot of work went into it, is
there any way to do this?

If you have 'always create a backup copy' checked (Tools Options) and you
have previously edited the old document, then there will be a file, in the
same folder, called "Backup of ..." containing the old document before the
last edit.

Failing that, you'll need to restore from your last backup. (You *do* have
one, don't you?)
