Default excel cell email address not transferred to mailmerge document?

Building a mailmerge document, excel cells with email address info transfer
as '0' and website info transfers as 12:00:00 AM?

Default excel cell email address not transferred to mailmerge document?

There are some issues if the data in the first 10 or so records in the data
source are not consistent.

In Word, select Options from the Tools menu and then go to the General tab
and check the box against the "Confirm conversions at open" item. Then when
you attach the data source to the mail merge main document, try the DDE
method that is offered in the Dialog Box that appears.
