How do I make {page} show as a number on my document?
I'm also having this problem, but your fix doesn't work on my Mac version. Do
you know a Mac fix for this? Tools | Options | View: clear the check mark for "Field codes." May be
"Preferences" on the Mac. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "LauraD" wrote in message ... It was under Word Preferences as a Print option. Thank you very much!

You should have separate Print and View options/preferences wrt to
displaying field codes. At least they are separate in the Windows version. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "LauraD" wrote in message ...
