How can I find the location of the cross-references of a Caption?
Cross-references are handled by bookmarking the source (the caption in this
case) and using REF and PAGEREF fields for the cross-references. So to find the cross-references to a caption -- 1. Find the caption's bookmark: select the caption, go to Insert Bookmark, check the 'Hidden Bookmarks' checkbox. The bookmark for the caption will look something like _Ref123456789 (with a random number). 2. Display fieldcodes. Use Find to look for the bookmark in the body of the document. Ordinary cross references will look like { REF _Ref123456789 }. "Sarquis" wrote in message ... How can I find the location (Page) of all the cross-references of a Caption? |
