Default how to avoid e mailing documents that open in reading layout?

When I email an attachment of a word file it opens when received on a
"READING LAYOUT" view this creates a multy page document with out the
headings and footers, is there any way of sending it so when it opens it does
on the "PRINT LAYOUT"
