Default How Do I Set Page numbering at jucture of 1" and 1"

Another option:

Enter Page Setup.
Under margins right, determine the distnce from the right side of the
paper.
Under LayoutFooter determine the distance from the bottom of the paper.

I have a co-worker who is working on a paper for her PhD and the criteria for
page numbering is that the number needs to be located at exactly the juncture
of 1" and 1". I have tried setting the header at 1" and the right margin at
1", but the Professor is telling us that is not sufficient, the number must
appear exactly at the crosshairs of 1" when measured on the printed
materials.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
