Default How do I make table columns slant?

I would like to put the column lines in the first row of my table on a
"slant". I would like to have the wording in these cells on a slant too.
How would I do this?

Default How do I make table columns slant?

Excel can do this; Word can't. You can rotate the headings to run vertically
but not on an angle.
