Word Document file gets corrupted while editing
While editing in a word file I often get this message and the current file
gets deleted. i.e. a file starting with "~wrtmp" is created one with 1KB file other with the size of the previous word file. The message I receive is as follows; " The document may contain text content which will be lost upon conversion to the choosen encoding. To preserve this content,Click NO. to exit this dialog, then choose another encoding that supports the languages inthis document". Then it displays YES or NO buttons. If I click on YES button the following error message is displayed. Word experienced as error trying to open the file. Try these suggestions. Check the file permissions for the document or drive. Make sure there is sufficient free memeory and disk space. Open the file with text recovery converter. Can anyone suggest solution for this as I am frequently disturbed by this. -- reply to my posts are welcome |
