Grammer check
Don't put a paragraph mark at the end of every line.

Grammer check
Word will wrap text from one line to the next automatically if
you let it. But it sounds like you are using Word like a typewriter, and you are pressing Enter at the end of every line, which makes every line a new paragraph. Word thinks the first word of a paragraph is the start of a new sentence, and wants to capitalize it. You can turn off this feature in Tools | Options | Spelling & Grammar | Settings | uncheck the "Capitalization" box | OK | OK. Grammer check
If you turn on your non-printing characters you'll probably see that there's
a paragraph mark at the end of each sentence. Or are you trying to be artsy in an e. e. cummings way? -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Frenchy106" wrote in message ... Grammer check wants to put a capital letter at the beginning of ever line. How do I stop this? |
