Default converting word and excel to .pdf

Do all versions of word & excel 2007 allow you to convert a document to .pdf?

If not, which ones do?

I believe the add-in can be downloaded for all SKUs of Office 2007.

What do you mean by "all versions of Word and Excel 2007"?

Whereas MS Office has several versions (home, Business, student & teacher,
etc.), I was wondering if the versions of Word and Excel differed from one
another. For example, the "professional" version of office would feature a
conversion tool while the "student & teacher" may not.

Those are editions or suites, not versions. That's what threw me off.

Word is Word, Excel is Excel.
