Default Email message header in Word

In Word 2003, something I did has created an email header for my Word
document (To, cc, Subject, Introduction), and I can't get rid of it. Even
when I close the document and reopen the saved copy, the email header appears.

How do I get rid of this email header?

Thanks.

Click the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar (it's a toggle) or use File
| Send To | Mail Recipient to turn it off.
