label template not recognised as such...
.....to take advantage of the 'label update' icon. I have a couple problems
Insering Address Block creates spaces and wraps to the next line when it shouldn't and doesn't remove the space if the cell in the source data is blank, like this: M E plc 1 At this place space City Name Postcode I use both 2007 and 2003 versions Thanks |

Don't use the Address Block. Rather, insert the individual merge fields
that you want to use in the configuration that you want them. To avoid the blank spaces, you may need to use and If...then...Else field construction. It is a commonly asked question in these newsgroups, so if you browse through some of the other posts, you should be able to find out how to do it. -- Hope this helps.
