Default wildcard search

To whom:

I have a large word document with several word strings speparated by and
underscore.

Examples include:

Quick_Brown_Fox
Lazy_Dog

I would like to be able to search for these. I have looked at using * and ?
but I cannot get them to return what I want.

Sincerely,

Doug
